Sometimes life can be mundane and we forget to take pleasures in the really simple things constantly craving something more eventful or exciting. I'm going/currently travelling and I'm quite certain that when I'm in hostels and spending nights on trains, I will long for those mundane days pottering around the house aimlessly. Although, my current state of excitement exponentially outweighs the potential homesickness and creature comfort absence that will inevitably insew.
