After the last 'fruit and nut' issue POP magazine has moved onto achieving a more sophisticated air with Georgia May Jagger being the face of this affront. Although this particular shoot looks more like something Tatler would present to be viewed by the fashion inclined public. The puffy, yellow gown is soft and feminine fitting perfectly with Georgia's flawless skin; references to Victorian portraits give the cover a regal quality. This prominent socialite feel is complete with the obvious, yet classic accessory: a string of pearls.

What lies beneath the cover on the inner pages does sound promising and POP, like Love, is an amazing investment purchase.. The transformation of Georgia does sound enticing but I can't say I've been motivated enough by this cover to rush out and purchase the issue, unlike the 'fruit and nut' issue, something is missing. Perhaps the absence of Elton John and the promise of pineapple accessories inside...
